Our personnel work in 8 hour shifts 7 days a week and the staffing pattern insures that all 7 days are covered ensuring that you receive your transcripts in time. The customers are given an option to choose between 12 hours TAT or 24 hours or 48 hours TAT to suit their requirements. We can send back transcribed ER Room Reports within 4-6hour TAT.  

We have backup of two leased lines to insure that your transcripts are never delayed beyond the time specified.
